IRONFIT ONE-ON-ONE SERVICES
Personal Training: In-home
or Studio (this service provided by Mel only)
One-on-one
personal training provides you with a specific exercise
program to meet your needs. The structure of a personal
training session depends on you and your needs. However,
most training sessions include three basic components: nutrition,
core/resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. We
start each session with a review of how you are performing
in each of these areas and then build a program best suited
for you.
Training Options
and Fees:
$75 per hour (plus travel)
Minimum sign-up of one month is required and payment due
upfront. 24 hours notice is required in order to cancel
scheduled sessions, or fee will be due.
TECHNIQUE
SESSIONS
Swim Technique
This is a 1 hr one-on-one in-pool session
to identify your current level of swimming and determine
the areas of improvement to develop as a more efficient
swimmer. Much like golf or tennis, swimming is a technique
sport and requires a great deal of focus on body position
and rotation and stroke analysis. You will learn various
drills to improve these skills until you become a proficient
swimmer.

Cycling
Technique
This is a 2 hr one-on-one
cycling session to identify your current level of cycling
and those areas of improvement to develop as a more proficient
cyclist. You will learn the basics of cycling starting with
climbing, descending, cornering, proper cadence and braking.
A review of your current bike fit will also be considered.
Run
Technique
This is a one-on-one
run session to identify your current level of running and
those areas of improvement to develop as a more efficient
runner. You will learn the basics of running beginning with
an analysis of your running form, shoe fit, hill climbing
and descending.
