PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
Every individual has a unique set of goals and is faced with many challenges to achieving those goals. They have their own motivations from losing weight to completing a 5 or 10k run. Whatever the goal or motivation, Mel believes our success is determined by our commitment to a very gradual change in our lifestyle. For some this change may take 3 months others it may take years, but whatever the timeframe the change is permanent. By identifying short and long term goals and rewarding yourself for reaching milestones towards those goals, they become very attainable however incremental the success may be.
Mel works with an individual to help them to understand how to change their lifestyle to meet both their physical and nutritional needs to maintain good health and fitness.
