IRONFIT SWIM PROGRAMS
IronFit currently offers four Masters Swim sessions weekly in North/Central
New Jersey:

12 Week Programs (must sign-up for full 12 weeks to participate),
start January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
- Sunday Mornings @ 7:30 am
- Wednesday Evenings @ 8:00 pm
- Friday Mornings at @ 5:45 am
